Sony Indonesia Customer Information Center received the most prestigious “Good Service Performance” for Annual Call Center Award 2008 for service excellence in Electronic Household Category. This award was achieved by research result (mystery calling) that conducted by Carre Center Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (CCSL) together with Marketing Magazine in the period of July to December 2007 with total average score 77.6%.
