Error: There is no network connection right now when opening the YouTube app.

    When the YouTube content and menu are not displayed or the app is not starting, follow the steps below to restart YouTube:

    1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select YouTube in the Apps category.
    3. Select RETRY to start the YouTube app.


    • If the steps do not resolve the issue, make sure that the TV is properly connected to the Internet and try again.
    • If the TV is connected to Internet and it is still not working, check the network settings .
