File: USER.EXE Location: C:\Windows\System You should restore this file from your installation disks." 4. Sony has confirmed the problem. An error occurs, however, it may not affect the function. Select [Update verification information] in the "What do you want to do?" section. However, there is a possibility for the symptom to occur again. [Remarks] Sony already Microsoft to check out this problem since it seems to be a problem of System File Checker (Windows 98).
