What is the RAM memory module information of my VAIO Notebook?
PCG-R505DT is shipped with a total of 128 MB (64MB on board + 64MB SO-DIMM) (SDRAM).
When the memory is upgraded to the maximum of 192MB, the presently-installed 64MB SO-DIMM has to be removed, and a new 128MB memory will be added.
PCG-R505CT is shipped with a total of 128 MB (128MB on board) (SDRAM).
Maximum memory can be upgraded to 256MB, by installing a 128MB SO-DIMM to the free memory slot.
