    My INZONE Buds don't charge in the charging case even though I started charging

    If your INZONE Buds don't charge in the charging case with the USB cable connected, follow the steps below:

    1. Place the earbuds in the charging case.
    2. Connect the USB cable to the charging case.
    3. Charge the earbuds for at least 5 minutes.
    4. Reset the earbuds while keeping the USB cable connected.
    5. Try charging the earbuds again.

    If the earbuds still don't charge after performing these steps, try using a different USB cable or AC adaptor, then repeat the steps.
