Check the status of the speaker’s BLUETOOTH indicator.

Note: Before starting the troubleshooting steps, make sure that the pairing procedures are performed correctly by referring to the FAQs below first.:

• How to pair your Bluetooth speaker with another device.
• Unable to connect the headphones or speaker to the Bluetooth audio device that has been connected previously.

If you are unable to pair the wireless speaker with your device, follow the steps below:

1. Delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device.

   The method of operation varies depending on the playback device. For details, refer to the How to delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device article.

   If the speaker type isn’t listed in the Bluetooth device information on the playback device, proceed to step 2.

2. Initialize the speaker.

   With the speaker turned on, press the – (volume minus) button and then press and hold the (power) / PAIRING button for at least 5 seconds. The power will turn off when initialization is complete.

   NOTE: Initializing the speaker resets the volume control, etc. to factory settings and deletes all pairing (device registration) information. As the location of the buttons on the speaker varies depending on the product, please see the instruction manual included for details.

3. Turn the speaker on and check the status of the Bluetooth indicator.

• If the indicator light flashes slowly or lights up

  Initialization is not possible, and the power is on. Initialize the speaker again.

• If the indicator light flashes quickly (3 times a second)

  The speaker is in pairing state.
