Please try the steps below and test again:
1. Press volume + and check the volume level.
2. Check that all the cables and cords of the system and the connected device are firmly inserted.
3. Use a high-speed HDMI cable.
4. If the connected device supports the up-sampling feature, you need to turn it off.
5. Connect the soundbar to different devices.
6. Try playing different contents.
7. Unplug the soundbar from the mains for 1 minute, then plug it back in.
8. Reset the soundbar to the factory settings, following the steps on page 30 here: https://cutt.ly/Ytf2Rs6t

The soundbar offers clarity and immersive surround effects, making movies feel more engaging. However, in certain situations, you may notice a slight audio delay compared to the picture.

We recommend following the below steps to fix your issue:
1- Reset the soundbar by following the steps on page 30 here: https://cutt.ly/YrNpmy2i
2- Remove the soundbar's power cable from the wall socket and then plug it back in to complete the reset process.
3- Use an optical cable.
4- Try another HDMI ARC cable.
