I saw this a few months ago and kept it in mind as my set was still working. However when the set I had broke down, I immediately thought of this Boombox as it had the features which I wanted, and it was a reliable brand. It's not easy to find a compact player like this which still has a CD player (I like CDs), USB input and a 'sleep' feature. The price was also reasonable. The sound was good and the Boombox is easy to operate.

Have this for almost 2 months already. Like the compact size as i don't have much space at home. As u can see from the photo, i balance it nicely on a couple of hardcover books, haha!

Bought on 16 Dec through Shopee. Working well so far. Sound quality is good. But radio reception not so good! Overall happy with the purchase.

I need to play music CD and occasionally listen to a favourite radio channel. This Sony Boombox is excellent, with its basic features. Best feature - no remote control, so I have 1 less to manage. Sound output is clear and good.

I love the Sony Radio-CD Boombox because of its Direct Jump Button making it easy to switch on instantly to my favourite radio station with just one touch. No need to fiddle around especially in the dark. Well done Sony!

easy to use for elder, my mom love it, downside only lcd display is no backlit

Was looking for a CD player but ZS-RS60BT no longer in stock so ended up buying this model. Gave it a 4 out of 5. If equalizers could be added will be ideal and “repeat mode” for CD as there is no setting at all for CD other than showing track number and time. But overall, quite happy with my Sony product as usual.

Recommended easy usage and radio setting. Bought for my mom.

A great gift for my 88 yr old dad. He loves it. The design is neat and compact, able to tuck away neatly at the corner of his bed. Simple for him to operate independently after I guided him a few times. The sound is clear and suitable for him to enjoy his operas on his CDs. This is really user friendly for the seniors to operate and enjoy their music anytime they like.

It was given to us as a gift this holiday season. The moment I saw the product it was pleasing to the eye. We played our CDs to check if it's working or not. It produced a great sound. Sony is a great producer to appliances!

I'm sorry Sony, the main function of it is to play FM radio. In the morning, the FM tuner is clear as soon as it turns night around 7pm the FM is not clear. We had it replaced and "surprise" the new unit which we got have this same exact issue. We tested this on the open air by the way. I wonder if I could return this and purchase a different model?

i bought this last month and using it in kitchen. however, the sound control is only for volume, no balance / bass / treble control.

I bought this product about a month ago, I had no regret to make the decision to buy on the spot without second thought. It is nice and fine in appearance sound production up to my expectations. I thank God that I had brought the right thing.

The power socket is sensitive to point that power gets cut off easily. The reception is poor and distorted easily. Tks

Bought this last month, FM receiver with CD player, small and compact, favourite button option, are the features that I love. Sound quality, FM signal reception is so so as compare to my previous unit. Overall I'll give a 4/5 stars for this unit.

Functions are easy to use but would be better if a backlight is added to the display when operating the controls

It has something for everyone and it's able to keep all the preset radio stations even when power is turn off and without battery.

Using this for my child's piano exam pieces practice by utilizing cd and usb drive playback function. Does its job well and easy enough to operate and navigate.

I bought this about one month ago for my parents as I wanted to have a player which is easy to use, good quality and yet at very reasonable price, because my mother, as any typical mother, would 'scold' me if she thinks I spend too much for her :-) This product is perfect for my parents as it is easy to use so though they don't read English but with Chinese translation on sticker that I put on the player for them, they can listen to their favourite songs easily at any time, either from the USB or CD that I have already inserted for them. They can also listen to any of the 3 favourite radio stations with just one button.

Product is great, loud and high quality sound, works as intended. One flaw: Using batteries, the player will stop after a few minutes of running, when playing a USB stick. I used new batteries fresh from packaging, not used ones. Using direct electricity, everything works fine!

It's averagely alright. More features could have been added and maybe it could have been cheaper for senior citizens instead of the same price as other consumers, espically when a senior citizen is unemployed and incomeless.

I bought this player just over a month and am happy with it... a slight problem with the stiff wire which get detached from the equipment too often! Hope this will be flexible when often used! Tks

The boombox comes with many options to listen to your music. Via the CD player at the TOP of the machine. Thru the output jack for connecting my Sony MP3 player. The in-built radio player is crispy and clear. The base is powerful and the buttons are placed. Overall a good buy.

I bought 3 cd players, one in Aug, one in November 2016 and the 3rd in Jan 2017 . the firsdt 2 are working fine, but the 3rd hung and refused to work after about a month of using it. I sent to the service centre and was quite pleased when a replacement was given. however, I tested for a week and found this one to be defective as well. gotta to send it in again. Problems encountered, plays for about 10 mins or a few hours after which an error message appears C13 or just hang and non responsive.
