The application information screen is not being updated when I try to search for and install applications using the Google Play Store.

    To use the Google Play Store it is necessary to connect your TV to the Internet.
    Follow the steps below to check the Internet connection.

    1. Using the supplied remote, press HOME button.
    2. Select Help.
    3. Select Internet connectivity symptoms.

    NOTE: This issue can occur when the wireless LAN signal is too weak to sustain an Internet connection.
