Why does the process stop at Reading Files stage during the creation of DVD using the Automatic mode of Click to DVD program?
During the execution of automatic capture from a tape containing 297 or more different switching of scenes, the process stops and does not proceed after reading all the files.
The following error message occurs.
Err Msg: Captured images exceed the maximum chapter number. Do you want to create DVD with images up to the maximum chapter?
* Software version:
Click to DVD Ver.1.0, Click to DVD Ver.1.1 and Click to DVD Ver.1.2
To resolve the symptom, you will need to download the Click to DVD Ver 1.4 Upgrade program. Please visit the downloads section and select your relevant model and software patch.
