Why doesn't the built-in pointing device work normally after a third-party USB wheel mouse is installed?
After installing a third-party USB wheel mouse driver and utilities, the built-in pointing device cannot be controlled sometimes.
This symptom is due to the newly installed utilities software conflicting with the pre-installed software of the built-in pointing device. To avoid the symptom, do not install the utilities software supplied with the USB wheel mouse. Try to use the default mouse driver determined by the operating system.

If the software has been installed, please uninstall it from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
