Dapatkan Tambahan Masa Garansi, Hanya dengan Mendaftarkan Produk di My Sony Rewards
Selama masa promosi, pendaftaran produk Sony tertentu di My Sony Rewards akan mendapatkan perpanjangan masa garansi hingga satu tahun.
(Jakarta, 6 Januari 2026) – Sony Indonesia kembali memberikan penawaran spesial bagi pelanggan setianya, yakni berupa perpanjangan masa garansi produk hingga satu tahun. Penawaran ini bisa didapatkan oleh pelanggan hanya dengan mendaftarkan produk Sony kesayangan di My Sony Rewards.
Caranya mudah, pelanggan dapat mengakses laman My Sony Rewards melalui link: https://sony.co.id/mysony. Bagi para pelanggan yang telah memiliki akun, dapat langsung masuk; sementara bagi pelanggan yang belum memiliki akun, dapat mendaftarkan keanggotan di My Sony Rewards terlebih dahulu. Kemudian, pelanggan dapat melakukan pendaftaran produk Sony agar perpanjangan masa garansi bisa segera didapatkan. Setelahnya, pelanggan akan menerima verifikasi melalui email.
Program perpanjangan masa garansi ini berlaku untuk produk tertentu dan hanya bisa didapatkan jika pelanggan mendaftarkan produk Sony selama masa promosi. Perlu diingat pula bahwa produk Sony yang berhak mendapatkan perpanjangan masa garansi adalah yang memiliki nomor seri (SN/Serial Number), dan didaftarkan tidak lebih dari 7 hari sejak tanggal pembelian.
Adapun My Sony Rewards adalah program keanggotaan yang dirancang secara khusus dan ekslusif untuk semua pemilik produk Sony. Manfaat menjadi anggota My Sony Rewards tak hanya terbatas pada pengelolaan produk dan pengecekan garansi produk. Namun, pelanggan juga akan mendapatkan promosi-promosi khusus lainnya dan informasi terkini seputar Sony; seperti undangan acara, workshop, berbagai voucher menarik, diskon produk, dan lain sebagainya. Daftar My Sony Rewards sekarang juga dan dapatkan manfaatnya.
Syarat & Ketentuan
- Gratis periode garansi tambahan hanya untuk produk Sony tertentu yang bergaransi resmi Sony Indonesia, memiliki nomor seri, dan didaftarkan di My Sony Rewards.
- Program berlaku untuk pembelian dari produk hingga 31 Maret 2026.
- Proses pendaftaran dapat dilakukan maksimal 7 hari dari tanggal pembelian.
- Total garansi yang akan didapatkan bervariasi setiap produknya, 6 (enam) bulan hingga 15 (lima belas) bulan.
- Kesalahan dalam memasukkan informasi terkait dengan proses pendaftaran merupakan tanggung jawab pelanggan.
- Pendaftaran produk berakhir pada 7 April 2026.
- Program ini dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu
- Dengan mengikuti program ini, maka pelanggan dianggap mengerti dan menyetujui semua syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- PT Sony Indonesia berhak mengambil keputusan akhir dan tindakan hukum apabila terjadi perselisihan.

Extended Product Warranty from Sony Indonesia, only by registering at My Sony Rewards
During the promotion period, registering selected Sony products on My Sony Rewards will get an extended warranty period for up to one year.
(Jakarta, 6 January 2025) – Sony Indonesia once again is offering a special offer for its loyal customers, extended product warranty period for up to one year. This offer can be obtained by customers only by registering their favorite Sony products on My Sony Rewards.
The process is so easy. Customers can access My Sony Rewards page via link: https://sony.co.id/mysony. For customers who already have an account, they can sign in directly; meanwhile, customers who don't have an account can register for membership at My Sony Rewards first. Then, customers can register Sony products to obtain extended warranty immediately. After that, the customer will receive verification via email.
This extended warranty program applies to certain products and can only be obtained if customers register Sony products during the promotional period. Also note that Sony products that are entitled to an extended warranty period are those with serial number (SN), and registered no later than 7 days from the date of purchase.
My Sony Rewards is a membership program specially designed and exclusive for all Sony product owners. The benefits of being a member of My Sony Rewards are not only limited to product management and product warranty checking. In addition, customers will also receive other special promotions and the latest information about Sony, such as event invitations, workshops, various vouchers, product discounts, and many more. Register to My Sony Rewards now and enjoy the benefits.
Terms & Conditions
- Free extended warranty period only for certain Sony products that have official Sony Indonesia warranty, serial number, and are registered in My Sony Rewards.
- The program is valid for purchases from until March 31, 2026.
- The registration process can be done at maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The total warranty that you will get varies for each product, from 6 (six) months to 1 (one) year.
- Errors in entering information related to the registration process are the customer's responsibility.
- Product registration ends on April 7, 2026.
- This program may change at any time without prior notice
- By participating in this program, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions.
- PT Sony Indonesia has the right to take final decisions and take legal action if a dispute occurs.
