The settings (Equalizer, Spatial Sound etc.) on the INZONE Hub software do not work.
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.
- To use the INZONE Hub software settings, make sure the Output of the computer is set to INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 - Game or INZONE H3. Follow these steps to set the Output on the computer:
- The App Sync Settings only works when the headphones are connected to a computer using the USB transceiver and the INZONE Hub software is running.
- The following will not work when the headphones are connected to PlayStation®5 or connected to any device via Bluetooth:
