Charging takes too long (INZONE H9 II)

    Check the following:

    • When charging with a computer, check that the headphones and the computer are directly connected, not using a USB hub.
    • Check that you are using the supplied USB Type-C® cable.
    • It is recommended to charge in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F). Efficient charging may not be possible beyond this range.

    If the issue is still not resolved:

    • Restart your computer or PlayStation®5, and reconnect the USB cable.
    • If the issue is not resolved even after restarting the computer or PS5™ and reconnecting the USB cable, connect your headphones to an AC outlet to charge it.
