The sound quality is low when the headphones are connected via Bluetooth

Check the following:
- If the playback device volume is too loud, lower the volume.
- When playing music, if the Bluetooth profile is set to HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile), switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP by operating the connected device.
Note: If the headphones connect to the previously connected Bluetooth device, the headphones may only establish the HFP/HSP Bluetooth connection when it is turned on. Use the connected device to connect via an A2DP Bluetooth connection.
