    Can’t transfer my Google account from my phone to my BRAVIA TV during the setup process

    This issue may be caused by a temporary problem with the Google Home server, which prevented the transfer from completing.
    To help you transfer your Google account smoothly on your mobile phone during initial setup, follow the instructions for your device type.

    For Android™ devices

    1. Open the Settings screen.
    2. Select Apps.
    3. Find and select the Google Home app.
    4. Go to Storage & cache.
    5. Tap Clear cache and Clear storage.
    6. Once completed, scan the QR code on the TV to transfer your Google account using your mobile phone.

    For iPhone

    1. Find and select the Google Home app.
    2. Tap Offload App.
    3. Go to the iOS home screen, tap the Google Home app icon, and wait for the app to reinstall or update.
    4. Once completed, scan the QR code on the TV to transfer your Google account using your mobile phone.
