    Subtitles stored on a USB device are not displayed in the Media Player subtitle list.

    If some subtitles on a USB device connected to the TV are not showing in Media Player, check the following:

    • Make sure subtitle files are located in the same folder as the content.
    • If the subtitle file suffix (*.ssa/ *.ass/ *.srt) has uppercase characters, change them to lowercase.
    • For some models: Make sure that the subtitle file name is the same as the video file name.
      Example:
      • Video file name: XXXXX_YYYYY.mp4
      • Subtitle file name: XXXXX_YYYYY.srt
