Does the power indicator on the subwoofer lit after you disconnect the AC power cord and reconnect it?

The Power indicator is lit
The issue was caused because the AC power cord (mains lead) was not firmly connected.
NOTE: If the Power indicator is lit but there is no sound, check the settings of the Sound Bar. -
