Got it for Christmas and didn't think to register it until it stopped working. (Silly me) Asked the gift giver for "proof of purchase" and they didn't keep the receipt. I think I'm out of luck on the warranty.

I bought my first SRS-XB13 a couple of years ago to listen to podcasts while washing. It's great, and works well enough for music whist doing tasks that I thought I'd invest in another to use the stereo pair function. Unfortunately, the new unit I have has a different revision of the firmware and the two will not pair. This is disappointing since that was the reason for buying a second speaker. The only reservation I have in awarding a one star is that my new speaker does work for the single speaker function. I would add that if you only want one, then I can recommend this product. Perhaps the updated model would be a better buy?

Lots of Bass in Small Form!

This little guy is portable, bass-heavy, and waterproof! What more could you want in a speaker of this size? The XB13 is not as loud as I was expecting but I found that this speaker works best in an enclosed space or a space with a couple of people like at the beach. The lows stand out the most in this speaker as it says in the name. Battery life is also amazing. I rarely have to charge the XB13. Battery life is around 16 hours. The wrist strap is convenient too as I have used it to hang the speaker on tents or trees in some gatherings I've been to. All in all, this is a solid choice for those who are looking for a portable speaker with great sound!

Plays beautifully. User's manual is a pictorgram. Harder to decipher than one of those asian manuals with butchered English. Would prefer asian manual with butchered English. No online user's manual that is written rather than pictogram.

Great little speaker perfect for just chucking in your bag or car in case you'll be playing music. Its a perfect size to just take with you without having to worry about carrying a big speaker and taking up too much space/weight and it's even better since you can use the loop on it to attach around objects to keep it up out of the way. The sound quality and volume from this speaker are amazing for the size of it and are really well balanced without any buzzing at its max volume like similar small speakers I have tried in the past. A great speaker for throwing in your bag and forgetting about, with great sound and volume for its size just don't expect it to compare to your much larger speakers.
