What are the HDMI Output Specifications of the Camera?

    The HDMI output specifications are as follows, depending on the camera and settings you are using:

    Note: Depending on the specifications of your device, output may not be possible. For more details on the output capabilities of your device, refer to the supplied Operating Instructions.

    When HD or 4K is set

    When the record setting of movies is 8 bits or when the camera does not have the number of bits switched in the record setting:

    • Color space: YCbCr
    • Color sampling: 4:2:2
    • Color depth (bit depth): Y=8bit, Cb/Cr=8bit

    Or

    • Color space: RGB
    • Color sampling: 4:4:4
    • Color depth (bit depth): R/G/B=8bit

    When the record setting of movies is 10 bits:

    • Color space: YCbCr
    • Color sampling: 4:2:2
    • Color depth (bit depth): Y=10bit, Cb/Cr=10bit

    Or

    • Color space: RGB
    • Color sampling: 4:4:4
    • Color depth (bit depth): R/G/B=8bit

    When 8K is set (8K compatible models only)

    • Color space: YCbCr
    • Color sampling: 4:2:0
    • Color depth (bit depth): Y=8bit, Cb/Cr=8bit
